LearnSafe™ is much more than a security program
– it’s a program that gives you confidence and peace of
mind that if an incident should arise on your campus, you will know
exactly what to do, how to do it, and in what sequence. Our team has
a wealth of experience in crisis management and will help you deal
with all aspects of school security before (safe school planning,
emergency preparedness), during, (force protection, anti-terrorism),
and after (media and public relations, expert witness services) an
event occurs.
We believe in technology, but ultimately it will be a school’s
staff, and not necessarily its technology, that fosters and maintains
a safe school climate. Training your staff in crisis management will
help mitigate the risk of violence in your schools; however, we must
also have a response plan in place that allows us to deal with a crisis
should it happen. Given today’s climate we can’t wait
for someone’s emotions to fail in the school or the workplace,
because in this day and age failure could turn into tragedy. |
